5. Payments, Deposits, and Cancellations
Payment terms and deposit amounts will be clearly stated in your official itinerary or invoice.
To secure your booking, a deposit may be required. The balance is typically due prior to travel commencement, as specified in your booking agreement.
Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to cancellation fees determined by 11 Degrees Wild and its suppliers (lodges, airlines, and ground operators).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the terms of those partners. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
